    Great experience here so far. Communication has been very good and they seem to really care about the customer. Cam is a top guy who made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I’ve come away feeling delighted with my purchase as I have had some not so fun experiences with other car dealerships in the past… Definitely recommend!

    Tom helped me a from this dealership. Bought an Audi A6 from them. Best customer service, helped me a lot even after the sales. When my car had an issue they stepped forward and paid for the repairs. Genuine people. Recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a car.

    Left me high and dry

    Absolutely shocking treatment from this company. I purchased a Landrover Freelander off them over 4 months ago now… took it for a test drive before buying it. Everything was fine. They delivered the vehicle to me a few days later. The first time I drove the vehicle there was a severe vibration present effecting the drive of the vehicle and its handling. I reported this to the garage within 3hrs and they took it back to look into this. The next day they contacted me to say it was ready and dropped it back off at my work whilst I was out working for the day. I drove it home that night, nothing had been fixed and the issue still remained. Since then they have ignored numerous calls and emails regarding this vehicle as I have requested a full refund as per my consumer rights. They will not accept anything is wrong with the car. The case is now with the motoring ombudsman, they wouldn’t even answer the phone or emails for me to arrange to demonstrate this fault to them in person. I have had to take it to Jaguar Landrover for an inspection to confirm this fault, this cost coming out of my pocket. The master technician at Jaguar Landrover has confirmed in an official report that there is a severe vibration on the vehicle and categorised this as in need of urgent repair. I have sent this to the motoring ombudsman and emailed this garage to make them aware of this. They haven’t even replied to my email. They have completely left me high and dry after I spent almost £7000 on a vehicle from them. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this company I urge you to read this first. It’s all well and good having reviews from people on here from a vehicle that there was nothing wrong with but when they have clearly sold me a faulty car and dangerously faulty at that and refuse to give me a refund for this, something I have the right to by law then it shows what type of company this is. I hope this is of help to people if considering giving your hard earned cash to this company.

    Range Rover Buzzing!

    Thanks to the team for helping my buy my dream car. I've always wanted a Range Rover. I was reasonably happy with my Part Ex price, and made up with the finance. This is the second car I've purchased at this place. My Daughters car I purchased is still running with no issues other than service parts (breaks/tyres)

    More hassle than it’s worth

    It has been nothing but stress dealing with this lot. Bought a car off them back in March, the deal was good, we were happy, delivery was fine. Then it comes to incompetence of paperwork. All details were provided to this company (messages as proof of this exchange) and yet they put the wrong details on the warranty and crucially the V5 form. Now the V5 form has the correct info but is showing an extra previous owner. I have contacted them, chased them up, mainly dealt with a guy called Cam, and they have just went silent failing to rectify the issue that they have caused. They also provided no service book with the vehicle either. I would not recommend this company if they cannot get the simple things right.

    Thanks for the post and taking the time to write a review we do value honest opinions as we continue to develop our team and processes if required . Our staff did accept a misunderstanding had occurred when registering the V5 documentation and warranty as both were a tandem registration . We immediately from the telephone conversation started the process of his best to rectify with DVLA taking direct advice on how do so from them . The protracted nature was established we proceeded to ask you for your help and together we assumed the problem would be solved . Upon further guidance we were told to follow up the digital request with a covering letter amended to show the actual keeper and address this was sent in line with the original format and then to wait up to 6 weeks for its return . Since the above was detailed we would have assumed a positive outcome was the outcome however this has been since not proven to be the case and for that we are to bemused this is obviously not of our control but will seek to resolve this for you . On the matter of service history we did supply a full digital read out directly from the manufacturer giving you far more fine detail of its path from PDI to present day which we assumed was more beneficial however paper form can be obtained without the file points . Again thank for the feed back our family run business does appreciate every customers comments . See our reviews .

    Very genuine guy. No messing about, very good deal. Had the van for well over a month, really happy with it. One of the keys was playing up and he got it fixed for me straight away with no added cost. Lovely family man.
