Bought a car from CR van sales and the service was amazing from start to finish. Car was cleaned, MOT’d and ready for me to collect within a day. Car drives superb and would highly recommend.

Bought a Renault Traffic crew cab van from these people - online. Very disappointed when the van arrived - covered in dents, scratches and scuffs, which were not clearly apparent in the online advert and photos. To add to my misery, the van does not lock properly, alarm keeps going off, clutch is juddering, trim panel fell off when I closed the door, driver door mirror non operational and had been fixed with gaffer tape, and air conditioning does not work at all. I was told the van would be serviced upon purchase and this service record would be added to the service history of the van - this did not happen! When I first contacted these people and asked for an honest appraisal of the condition of the van, most of the above faults were omitted from discussions - he said it had a few scratches and this was expected of a van that is ten years old. I contacted this dealer to discuss these issues - they knocked £650 off the final price. Personally, I would not recommend this dealer!

Very pleased with the van I bought from Carl. There was no sales patter or pressure. Communication was great throughout the transaction and any minor issues were resolved quickly and without any fuss. I’d but another vehicle through Carl without doubt.

Lost £170 on a pre-purchase inspection because C&G Motors didn't let me know they'd already sold it when they said they would. Upon being approached by the inspector they told them "its not their problem". Professional facade, hiding a true lack of professionalism.

Great no push sales. My van was dying im a untrustworthy character. Carls peugeot expert won me over. Im over the moon. Does and has exactly in advertising.

Really pleased with my new car :). Carl was so lovely. As a lady I often find it intimidating going to buy a car. That said it’s based on previous experience. I didn’t feel any pressure at all, and didn’t feel like I was sold the car at all. Such a lovely man the owner. I would recommend C&G....we even got to see some of the animals on the urban farm next to the car dealership. Right little day out xx

Professional and friendly service. We recently bought a van from Carl and nothing was too much trouble. Easy to get to straight off the M53. Would definitely recommend.
